Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued — whether the service is used, partially used, or unused.
Cancellation
If you are on a recurring monthly plan, you may cancel anytime to stop future billing by cancelling through the site. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle and does not grant a refund for the current or previous billing periods.
Chargebacks
Attempting to dispute a payment or issue a chargeback after receiving services may result in account termination and/or legal action for recovery of fees. We are committed to fairness and transparency — if you have questions, contact us before initiating any dispute.
